A wonderful view of the sea. Magnificent location in Kemptown district close enough to the town centre, restaurants and night clubs and Queens Park which is lovely.

The hotel's location was central, close to the sea. The room we booked was high-class and newly remodelled with comfy beds.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow, and the bed was a little small.

Spotlessly clean place accompanied by super friendly/helpful and attentive staff. Top-class and en suite room, had a really really nice stay on a very long business trip. Perfect and particularly good location for visiting pubs and bars. Great new year in this fairly nice area.

Besides, the location was unbeatable and nice for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Royal Theatre Brighton. We got room with unique decor and a spotless bathroom to relax.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Big and perfectly clean venue with an exceptional value and attentive staff. High-class and recently renovated room, spotless bathroom. Perfect and magnificent location in fairly quiet area, close enough to the Marina and close to good choice of eateries. About 15 minutes walk from a distinctive Asian-style palace.

It was a really really nice stay for holiday, recommend this hotel. The location was perfect and particularly good for my stay, 300 metres from Brighton Wheel. Loved the area, it was fairly nice and next to putting and local bars, cafes and shops as well as the pier and the Lanes.
